Apparently, Methuselina, has died.  She was thought to be the world's oldest sheep but met her demise by falling off a cliff! :( 

She had managed to keep going for so long as the state of her teeth allowed her to keep grazing.

Da Sproglet has just sent me photographic proof of the Kaiser Chiefs (3 of them - Nick, Whitey and Peanut) wearing my craft stuff!  One of Nick wearing his crochet tie and Whitey his Leeds FC beanie and then one of 'my boy' Peanut (I have got his autograph you know)! wearing his beanie!

The countryside and the local people.

Daphne Du Maurier's book on Cornwall because it made me so very, very angry as it was full of over-blown romantic drivel!

3.) if you could learn another language other than the ones you speak now, which would it be? why?

Cornish because I feel I was robbed of the opportunity of learning my native tongue.

4.) when it comes to the movies, what do you look for in a film?

Clever dialogue. It hasn't got to be funny, it just has to work in the context of the film and some of it seems to be placed in the film from another planet!

5.) Is there one item you cannot live without on a daily basis, a precious possession, if so, what is it?
 
There is no one item - life is full of losses..

6.) If you could move to anywhere else in the world, where would you go?

I couldn't move. I'm welded to Cornwall.

7.) which job, apart from your current one, would you love to have?

Planning officer for Cornwall. This place is turning into a theme park!

Should any of my 'so-called lj' friends out there come up with the obvious answer posed by the rhetorical question in my previous post I can only say: 'Up yours, too!' and mention the possibility that they may find themselves abruptly removed from my lj friends list!!!

Da Sproglet got me to knit these : http://www.flickr.com/photos/queenofcydonia/6911376755/in/photostream for four members of the Kaiser Chiefs and also to crochet a green tie for Nick, the drummer.  When they were passed on to them they were very pleased with all the items and Da Sproglet got her photo taken with all of them and was presented with a drum stick by Nick!!!!!!  Her mother got compliments for her craft abilities! :)

 Well, . . . . . . . what would I do with a drum stick?!!!!!
